Creative Services strives to code all interactive tools, software and websites with the highest of web standards. Upon acceptance by the customer, we guarantee and warranty our work for a period of 90 days. Warranty covers all coding errors and defects in workmanship, and conforms to the specifications in the original scope of work agreed upon and purchased. Should programming errors or other defects occur within this warranty period, we will promptly remedy at no cost.

This warranty does not cover any customer-based problems such as tampering with the coding, add-on features, plug-ins or content management system issues. If you wish to modify the website with new features, pages, or added functionality, we will assist with these problems, but they are not covered as part of the warranty and a fee will be charged for repairs/maintenance.

Creative Services will provide a thorough checkup of the website based on your description above. We will let you know of the problem, and if it can be fixed within the diagnostics hour -- we will repair. If the maintenance fix requires over one hour, there will be an additional cost and we will provide an Estimate for approval.

Our hours for Diagnostics are Monday – Thursday between 9am - 4:30pm ET. Requests outside of these hours will be taken care of on the following business day.

Our security techs will cleanse all malware planted by the hacker, update software, whitelist and relaunch a clean, malware-free website.

This service usually takes 24 - 36 hours. If your site has been blacklisted with Google, we will submit a whitelisting request. Whitelisting may take up to 48 hours from Google.
